Innovation Mold & Design uses Unigraphics NX4 CAD software to achieve accurate and efficent tooling designs. The fully 3 dimensional designs transition through seamlessly to the production floor. Adding to this we offer part design, as well as moldability analysis and revision to current customer parts, ensuring the highest quality tool. By using software tools that automate much of the design process, IMD can produce injection molds in as little as four days. IMD produces molds for all phases of product development and manufacturing, from prototype to multi-cavity hot runner molds. With our streamlined electrode manufacturing process we have automated many of the tasks necessary to manufacture molds. | |
