Innovation Mold & Design uses the latest Unigraphics NX, SolidWorks & Mastercam CAD software to achieve accurate, efficient tooling designs, and processes.

At IMD, we are “paperless”.  Each toolmaker has their own workstation, so everyone works off of the same design to reduce errors, typically associated with noncurrent paper prints. Our 3 dimensional designs transition seemlessly from the computer to the production floor. In addition we offer design, and moldability analysis for revisions to current customer parts. IMD produces molds for all phases of product development and manufacturing, from prototype to multi-cavity hot runner molds. Automated cells, electrode manufacturing, and high speed hard milling tasks are streamlined to not only stay competitive, but get your job delivered on time!
